核四廠員工傳出爆料說，台電高層在去年底寫信給全體員工，要求24小時輪班衝刺趕進度，希望年底前順利達成燃料裝填的準備，而台電出面澄清，表示目前核四計畫進入試運轉測試階段，所有測試的工項都遵照核能安全法規...
