消基會調查：100%彩券行販售給未滿18歲者

春節將至，公益彩券加碼讓買氣強強滾，但消基會調查發現，全台彩券行都會賣彩券給未滿18歲的未成年人，比例達到100%。消基會呼籲主管機關應該做好把關動作，並且應該積極執行處罰案例，也請家長不要讓小孩...
