為了讓街友也能溫飽過好年，彰化縣社會處特別與慈善機構相合作，對街友與獨居老者關懷依然不打烊；除了在彰化、田中火車站與員林公園等據點固定發放熱食，也會持續指派社工人員輪值向獨居老者送餐與問安！（...
