花海旁邊整排車路邊停車，對向車道則是看完花海，準備回程的車輛回堵著，每輛車平均得等15分鐘以上，慢慢往前滑行才能上國道。 還有高雄這個知名景點蓮池潭也是這樣，員警全天候指揮交通還得管制車輛...
