台鐵退團體票手續費2成　12人賠3千

計畫搭台鐵出遊，沒成行已經很嘔，沒想到退票手續費，還被A了一筆，家住台南的黃小姐，訂了台北到台東的台鐵自強號，來回車票，9個大人3個小孩，一共1萬6千4百多元，但因為人數不足，無法成行，只好辦理退票...
