超商繳學費　台北市民省10元手續費！

繳學雜費，很多家長選擇就近到超商，但一直以來都得多付10元手續費，不過明年元旦開始，凡是國中小學、幼兒園的學雜費，10元手續費免了，不過只有台北市民才有這樣的福利。繳費民眾：「可以繳學費嗎？」...
