明年全大運 公佈主題標語和吉祥物命名

國立宜蘭大學承辦102年全國大專校院運動會，校方舉辦主題標語和吉祥物命名公開甄選，共計有400多件作品參賽，最後選出「牛轉新世紀，宜蘭大躍進」為主題標語，吉祥物水牛則命名為「牛來福」，今天舉行頒獎...
