國內離島民眾春節返鄉過年，總是一票難求，沒有提早1、2個月預訂，恐怕卡不到機位，但現在有民眾投訴，透過網路訂購春節返鄉機票，即使候補沒機位，退票改日期，卻得先付10%手續費，民眾認為根本就是在搶錢。...
