道路回填強度不足 花縣府要求重做

行政院工程會昨天派人到南投縣、查到一些道路的施工品質大有問題，而在花蓮縣、也有類似的情況。已經施做一年多的、汙水下水道處理工程，部分地區的路面回填、被縣政府發現不合格、要求包商全部打掉重做。民眾則抱怨...
