建教新法規定嚴 廠商要撤合作計劃

去年底，建教生權益保障法、在立法院三讀通過，不過就在今年公佈後，教育部要求建教合作學校與廠商要以新法來重新簽訂契約，沒想到很多廠商看到新法規定，包括一個月要月休8天，每天工時不得超過8小時、還不能加班...
