郵購網購退換貨糾紛 七天內可書面通知業者解除契約

農曆春節假期許多民眾都會在家上網或看型錄購物，但也因此衍生不少退換貨糾紛，新北市法制局今天表示，如果民眾因為這些購物方式產生糾紛，在收到商品後的七天內，不需要說明理由，就可以向業者要求解除契約退貨...
